Welcome to Katha Trails. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a heritage walk with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. You may cancel your walk up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the walk are non-refundable.

2. Walk Adjustments

Katha Trails reserves the right to alter the route, schedule, or duration of the walk due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, monument closures, or public protests. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants are expected to wear comfortable walking shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather and cultural sensitivities (such as covering heads or shoulders when entering religious sites), and carry sufficient water.

Katha Trails and its guides are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings incurred during the walk. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Katha Trails or its licensors. You may not reproduce, download, transmit or retransmit them without our explicit permission.

5. User Content

If you provide feedback, photos, or reviews ("User Content"), you grant Katha Trails a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that User Content for promotional purposes.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
